The defining voice of contemporary English folk music, Kate Rusby’s exquisite interpretations of traditional songs and finely wrought self-penned tunes have won her an audience that reaches beyond the genre. Kate will be joined on stage by the cream of British folk musicians who form part of her band. This, alongside her wondrous singing and hugely engaging Yorkshire wit ensure that audiences will be treated to a truly remarkable and unforgettable concert experience.

John Smith is the guitar man from Devon who has quietly become one of the most exciting voices on the British folk scene. He was named Young Acoustic Guitarist Of The Year in 2003 and hasn’t looked back since. Touring relentlessly, he has opened shows for artists including John Martyn, Seth Lakeman, Davy Graham, David Gray, Cara Dillon and Chris Thile, has played festivals including Glastonbury, Cambridge and

Green Man, and has found a loyal following in the UK and beyond.

The Urban Folk Quartet are Joe Broughton, Paloma Trigas, Frank Moon and Tom Chapman. Four highly accomplished musicians, a dozen instruments and four voices coming together to craft a knockout show of globally-influenced, electrifying acoustic music that has been taking the international folk scene by storm. 2013 sees the band’s most extensive European Tour to date and the recording of a new live album on the road – their fourth release in as many years.
