Support the Met by donating to help us change the lives of local people living with physical and behavioural disabilities this Christmas. Making a donation to The Met has real impact.

Here at The Met, it is our ambition to make the arts accessible to everyone. We prioritise working with organisations who allow us to support children and adults with ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder) or SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).

We run two main workshops; Aiming High, which is a dynamic movement workshop for children with ASD or SEND; and Met Express, a workshop specialising in working with adults and emerging actors with learning disabilities.

Workshops such as these are proven to benefit the quality of life of the attendees by aiding cognitive development, improving motor function, promoting emotional growth and allowing physical integration.

Donations raised from our Christmas Appeal will go directly towards funding these workshops, which cost £5000 each per year to run. With your help, we can ensure that nothing stands in the way of people engaging with the arts. Together, we can create extraordinary experiences for everyone.

Thank you in advance for your generosity and support.

You can always add a small donation when you buy tickets, or consider signing up to become a regular giver and supporter of The Met
