Come along to our Summer Arts Project, connect with your inner creativity and develop your performance skills immersed in the wonderful and wacky world of theatre-making.
We are inviting 11-16-year-olds to come and create festival performance characters for our Head for the Hills festival!
Over the four days you will get a chance to:
- Devise and build a world for our character to explore.
- Work with highly skilled theatre-makers and designers to create characters, props and costumes.
- Explore immersive theatre and how to perform in a non-traditional setting.
Become street performers for the day on Friday 1 September at Head for the Hills.
This is a chance to build new skills, release your inner performance artist and have some fun with like-minded imaginative people.
If you would like to have a chat about the Summer Arts Project and participating in the festival please email education@themet.org.uk
