Róisín Bán – [pronounced – Rowsheen Bawn] are a Yorkshire based quartet taking the folk club and festival scene by storm – both at home and abroad. The energy of their winning instrumental line up of fiddle, flute, whistles, melodeon, guitar and bodhran is even augmented by Sean Nos (Irish style) dancing.
Be prepared for a fiery blend of instrumental and vocal material from Ireland with a few tunes thrown in from Brittany & Scotland and a range of folk songs from the British Isles.
Support comes from Jennifer Reid.
