Michael Weston King and Lou Dalgleish are My Darling Clementine.
The duo evokes the great duets of such icons as Porter Wagoner and Dolly Parton, George Jones and Tammy Wynette but adds a touch of country soul to the mix bringing memories of the likes of Delaney and Bonnie, Donnie Fritts, Bobby Gentry and Dan Penn.
Michael Weston King’s connection with country music has been well documented over the past twenty years, with his band The Good Sons in the 90s, 15 albums and countless tours. His other half, both in duet and in life, Lou Dalgleish has worked with the likes of Elvis Costello, Bryan Ferry, The Brodsky Quartet, Brian Kennedy and many more.
“A voice part Nashville balladeer and part Alt Country hero… a cross between Nick Cave and Rodney Crowell.
