Jamie Smith’s Mabon (JSM) and Maz O’Connor are two of the most highly accomplished and critically acclaimed artists in Britain today. This double headline show captures the depth and breadth of Celtic and English musical cultures.

JSM built their reputation on Jamie Smith’s original compositions and the virtuoso band that plays with him. Their live show is renowned for energy and dynamism; with Inter-celtic music travelling beyond borders to recreate the forms and styles of Celtic traditions.

Maz (performing in her trio) has progressed rapidly up the ranks of young ‘must see’ performers, having been nominated for a 2013 BBC Radio 2 Award and awarded a BBC/EFDSS performing arts fellowship. Maz plays a range of original and traditional material with a contemporary style, creating a performance of great depth.
