Manchester’s comedy Godfather Smug Roberts is back. Starting out at The Frog and Bucket in Manchester Smug went on to entertain audiences in TV shows including Phoenix Nights, Mrs Brown’s Boys and 24 Hour Party People as well as on Key 103, most famously with his song ‘Meat Pie, Sausage Roll (Come on England, Gi’s a Goal’)’
‘An extraordinary comic’

‘Hilarious. Charmingly vicious. Not sure how he gets away with it sometimes but audiences love him.’

After years of being a boyfriend, Matt Green is now a husband and is not entirely sure what he thinks about that. Is ‘married life’ actually any different? What are weddings really about? And is there ever a good time to use the word ‘Bridezilla’? (No.)
‘Spot on observational humour that will make anyone laugh-out-loud.’****
