The Met is currently recruiting for a full time Bar Supervisor to lead our bar operation and help deliver brilliant experiences for our audiences.
In this role you will have overall responsibility for The Met’s bar, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth service delivery and a welcoming atmosphere. You’ll manage and support a team of casual staff, maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and handle stock, compliance and day‑to‑day bar operations. Your work will help maximise bar income, supporting The Met’s cultural and community activities.
