We were delighted to host a busy festive get-together with The Met’s regular givers last night, Thursday 6 December.
Our donors and supporters joined us before the seasonal concert by contemporary Welsh folk outfit Calan to meet the team, learn about the new 2019 season and enjoy a glass of wine and a mince pie or two.
It’s always fantastic to meet the people who most regularly attend our events and who passionately support the arts in Bury. We were able to share the new season brochure with them, and explain some new benefits that we’re extending to donors, including the chance to Pay What You Want for selected shows in the new season.
Our thanks go to the brilliant Kwoff for supplying wine and raffle prizes on the evening. We’d also like to thank Slattery in Whitefield and Experience Days (www.experiencedays.co.uk) as well as Mr Fitzpatrick’s Vintage Cordials for donating some brilliant prizes we were able to give out on the evening. Our thanks also go to Morrisons in Whitefield for supplying the Mince Pies!
