Booking Accessible Tickets

We believe everyone should have access to our events. We offer wheelchair spaces, companion tickets, and accessible viewing areas for those who need them.

Wheelchair Tickets

• Wheelchair spaces are available in the front row for both Derby Hall and The Box.
• For standing gigs in Derby Hall, we offer an accessible viewing platform (availability may be limited for popular events).
• Book by emailing access@themet.org.uk or calling 0161 761 2216 during box office hours:
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday: 10 AM – 2 PM
  • Friday: 12 PM – 5 PM

Companion Tickets

• If you require a personal assistant or companion, we offer one free ticket.
• These tickets must be booked via email at access@themet.org.uk or by calling 0161 761 2216 during box office hours.
• Companion tickets are not available online.

Accessible Viewing Areas

• For standing events in Derby Hall, our lift-accessible platform offers a dedicated space.
• Please contact us in advance to book or discuss your access needs.
• The Box does not have a raised viewing platform. Staff can assist in finding a suitable space once inside.
• We also offer early entry—speak to the Duty Manager on the day of your visit.
