March’s Emerging Showcase features an R&D and rehearsed performance of Virgins, a new coming-of-age comedy drama by local actor and playwright Nathan Lea.

Love or Lust?

It’s summertime in Bury, exams are over and there’s only one thing on Lola and Jensen’s mind; Losing their virginity.

After a failed first attempt, they decide to get to know each other better.

But with time ticking and both family dynamics changing, their perfect plan starts to crumble.

Do they really care or are they just using each other?

Set in Bury, for Bury.

Rescheduled from Friday 24 October 2025.
