Uniquely Us is an arts based project that was created by an Autistic woman for other Autistic women. It’s currently based in Greater Manchester and aims to help women on the spectrum, sixteen and over, to build their confidence and communication skills, express their creativity and make friends through engaging in arts based activities such as drama, dance, spoken word and more.
