An opportunity to be part of the professional pantomime at The Met!

Are you born to perform? We are looking for children aged 9-13 who live in either Bury or Bolton to be part of the Young Company in this year’s pantomime, Jack and the Beanstalk.

Show dates are 5-28 December 2026. You would not be required for every performance.

The Young Company are an integral part of the panto and feature in many of the group dance numbers, so a passion for dancing and lots of energy is a must!

You must be able to attend the audition workshop at the Met on 27 August, 2-3pm. If you’d like to book a place on the audition workshop, please email education@themet.org.uk with the young person’s name, date of birth, the names and phone numbers of two emergency contacts and any additional information we need to be aware of.

Places on the workshop will be limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis and we recommend getting in touch early.
