An evening of choral music combined with sounds of the contemporary club scene

Come and hear The Sunday Boys – Greater Manchester’s low voiced LGBTQ+ choir – share brand new music for choral voices combined with the sounds of the queer contemporary club scene.

Collaborating with artists Rosé Gold, Bennettiscoming and Mattu, the choir will present new commissions set to electronic music inspired by the club scene, and old favourites combining powerful live vocals with tracks in an evening of fusion and experimentation.

The programme for this concert will be:

In addition to their evening concert at 7.30am, The Sundays Boys will be performing 2 pop up performances in Bury on the day which will be free to attend. These include:

In the square outside Bury Market and the Mill Gate Shopping Centre, 3pm Involving the whole choir, they will present a small taster of the pieces that can be heard at The Met at 7.30pm as part of the whole concert.

Wax and Beans, 4pm Involving a small number of the choir, this special pop-up performance will include a selection of sea shanties and folk songs. Arrive early as space is limited.

Both performances last 30 minutes.
