Bury’s favourite hard-gigging teenagers The Rocket come to The Met for the launch of their debut album. Combining self-indulgent lyrics with memorable melodies the trio use a variety of different set ups from electric to acoustic and ukulele to guitar to present teen angst at its finest. The Rocket have performed in venues across Manchester as well as at the O2 Media Awards, The Youth Sports Festival and Ramsbottom Festival.

Thugs on Wolves take folksy harmonies then add tribal beats and electronic surges. Distinctive vocals and sparse instrumentation have led to comparisons with Fleet Foxes and Sufjan Stevens. The band will be playing a set of brand new, even more electronic, material.

Plus upcoming Bury duo The Collaborators.
