This one-day workshop will explore the interaction between our voices and our life experience through techniques including mindfulness and overtone singing. No experience necessary, all are welcome
The Sacred Sounds Women’s Choir workshop is led by Jayson Stilwell, an overtone singer and healing sound practitioner with over 20 years experience as a teacher and performer.
