Movers and Shakers is one of our newest and most exciting groups at The Met. Join us for a fun movement-led workshop for children aged 1-5 and their grown-ups.
This is a great opportunity to keep active and bond with your children, discover new fun games to play at home and meet other parents and carers!
Come join our hourly sessions led by the fantastic Danielle, who also leads our Leaps and Bounds dance class.
