Met Express is The Met’s drama group for people with disabilities and learning difficulties who come together on a weekly basis to create drama, produce pieces of work using different media and have fun.
Between September and December, Met Express will be working on a Christmas project which will then be showcased to the public.
Last Christmas the group performed their own rendition of The Snowman to three sell out audiences! This year they will be bringing you Beauty and The Beast!

“It was brilliant! I loved how The Met was transformed into the lounge of Our House and it was like being at the pictures but better with people handing out popcorn! I loved the film and thought everyone's contribution, from acting, directing, filming or doing voice over work, was fantastic! Can't wait for the next show.”- Colin Naylor, A review from the latest Met Express performance, Our House
“A review from the latest Met Express performance, Our House. "This was the best production so far. It was fantastic to see every member involved and to learn about all the hard work that the members do that we don’t see. Keep up the good work.”- Caroline Nough, A review from the latest Met Express performance, Our House
“This group is all about ability not disability! Met Express as a group work so hard to create their final pieces and ensure that each term they learn a new skill or technique to produce their entertaining projects. What's great about this group is that they help each other out, they are all about team work!”Samuel Elliott
