A glittering, snowy tale about a little lost bear and a brave little girl. For children aged 3+ and their families.

There are just two more sleeps until Christmas and it’s starting to snow!

Lily loves to play in the snow – so she sets off to explore. But when she discovers a trail of soft little footprints, she finds a baby snow bear.

Will Lily return the little snow bear to his mummy in time for Christmas, or will the cheeky hunters find him first?

Following their success with Santa’s Little Helper in 2017, Little Blue Monster return to The Met with another heartwarming family Christmas treat.

Lily and the Christmas Snow Bear is brought to life with exquisite puppets, enchanting music and a magical snowy setting. Little people aged 3+ will love this beautiful new show, but grown-ups will have lots of fun, too!

Extra shows! Due to public demand we’ve added extra performances on Wednesday 19, Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 December!

Pyjama Performance! Stay up late on Thursday 20 December for our evening show at 7pm; wear your pyjamas and onesies and why not bring your own bear so it can enjoy the show too?

Relaxed performance on Wednesday 19 December at 2pm. For pre-school children and anyone who would appreciate a more flexible, relaxed atmosphere in which to enjoy the show. There will be house lights on, and doors open so you can bring unsettled little-ones in and out freely. Theatre doors will open 30 minutes before the show to allow time to get familiar with the stage and seating, and a touch tour will be available before the show begins. Tickets for babes-in-arms who do not require a seat are just £1, available over the phone or in person only: call 0161 761 2216 to book or for more information.

Theatre treats: There’ll be freshly-baked cookies and glasses of milk available in the bar on your way into the show, and few more treats you can take to your seats. If you’ve got a bit more time check out the kids’ meals (and of course the accompanying adult’s menu) at our restaurant Automatic.
