Bury Youth Theatre take to The Met’s stage to perform the classic children’s story. BYT’s 5-8 year olds are encouraged to think creatively and develop team building skills through activities and story-telling. Their 9-15 year olds are taught to build confidence through the use of improvisation and body language techniques all in preparation you for the end of term performance.

Join BYT this Christmas for our second annual Pantomime, Jack and the Beanstalk.  Come on down to Crumbletown and meet young farm boy, Jack Trott and his family! Life was simple in the town until bad weather plagued the towns vegetable patches and there isn’t enough food to go around! The villagers start to suspect that the Giant who lives in the clouds might be behind it all, and it looks like it may be right! Jack, Dame Dolly, Simple Simon and a whole host of other fun and colourful characters try to stop the giants dastardly plan and bring the sun back to Crumbletown!  With a completely original script never before seen on stage, catchy songs, fun dances and hilarious routines, Jack and the Beanstalk is the perfect show to bring in the Festive season.
