Riots, equality and expression at The Met’s Derby Hall!

Did you know that the Derby Hall held one of Joy Division’s most famous gigs with a raucous crowd protesting against a change of singers? Did you know that it was the democratic home to where many of Bury’s major decisions were made, or where the accused were given their freedom of speech in a court of law?

As part of Heritage Open Days 2019, join us for a FREE tour with The Met’s very own Nick Smale.
