We’re thrilled to announce that Declan will be joined at The Met by Manchester folk legend Michael McGoldrick.
Irish singer-songwriter Declan O’Rourke is acclaimed for his soulful folk and trad inspired music. With a style that moves faultlessly between impressionism and story telling, his songs have been covered by a growing list of artists ranging from Christy Moore to Eddi Reader.
Declan’s latest album Chronicles Of The Great Irish Famine, released in October, combines traditional Irish music and modern song-writing to present a series of extraordinary true tales from the most dynamic period in Ireland’s history.
