The Met’s first beer festival takes place on Friday 20 and Saturday 21 November from 12 noon featuring real ale, mouth watering food and lots of live music.

Outstanding, Leyden, Hobgoblin, Ringwood, Jennings, Banks, Moorhouses, Thwaites, Marstons and over seventy other real ales will be on offer and our restaurant Automatic will be serving a range of food including award winning sausage and hotpot throughout the weekend!

The weekend will also feature a lively mix of acoustic and roots music including blues, traditional Irish and a tribute to Fats Domino from noon each day. Bands appearing will be:

The festival will help to raise money for The Met, a registered charity since 1975 to help with its community work and building improvements.
