As he says, “My love for pasta is one of my earliest memories and it has been a stable companion throughout all of my life”. His Italian and British heritage has instilled in him a deep appreciation for the simplicity and quality ingredients that define Italian cooking.

Now, he’s inviting you to find the same beauty in creating delicious, homemade pasta.

Saturday 19 July @ 2pm: The “Make and Take” class

Dive into the world of pasta making in this hands-on class! You’ll get to:

  • Make and knead your own fresh pasta dough from scratch.
  • Find out how to prepare a delicious sauce to accompany your pasta.
  • Discover fascinating history and facts about pasta and dough, including insights into different flours.
  • Learn to create up to 10 different pasta shapes from your very own dough.

At the end of the class, you’ll take home all the fresh pasta shapes you’ve made, along with a pot of the delicious sauce. Plus, you’ll receive a PDF of recipes and cooking instructions to continue your pasta-making journey at home!

Saturday 19 July @ 6pm: The “Make and Take Meal” class

This class offers everything included in the Make and Take class, with an added bonus! After you’ve crafted your pasta, Stev will cook your fresh pasta for you, served with the sauce you made and some delicious focaccia for a complete, satisfying meal. It’s the perfect way to enjoy the fruits of your labour right after you make them!
