Apollo Junction are a band on the rise having just delivered their third (and best) album Here We Are and embarking on their biggest ever UK tour.

The band have a passionate, growing fanbase that call themselves the ‘AJFamily’ – there’s been engagements on stage, lifetime friendships formed, coaches to gigs hired and an online community that is pretty much unmatched by any other independent band around at the moment and incredibly welcoming to all.

The band – described recently by Steve Lamacq on BBC6 music as swaggering electro indie rock – appeal to audiences who still have a profound love of guitar music, with nods to the iconic sounds of the 80s as well as more contemporary guitar band peers.

Apollo Junction songs have been used across a multitude of media outlets, including: Welcome To Wrexham on Disney Plus; The ITV1 World Cup coverage; Ubisoft’s WatchDogs Legion video game; MTV’s Are you the One; Netflix’s series The Circle; BBC1’s Football Focus; and numerous features on Match Of The Day and various other adverts and films.

The band also receive continued support across radio with support nationally from Graham Norton, Steve Lamacq, Chris Hawkins, Tom Robinson, Simon Le Bon on his show on Sirius XM in the US and also the late, great Janice Long who did a live session with the band on BBC Radio 2.

2023 has seen the band at full force with them play a packed out stage at the Isle of Wight festival and in the past supporting Kaiser Chiefs and the Pigeon Detectives on a string of the UK tour dates, plus performances at festivals such as Bingley Weekender, Pub in the Park, Scarborough Open Air Theatre, The Piece Hall, plus their own headline tours right across the country.
