Step into the enchanting world of nature with contemporary textile artist Murron Fraser at her Hidden Worlds workshop – completely free to attend!

Inspired by folklore and the hidden beauty of the natural world, this relaxed, hands-on session invites you to craft your own hidden world! Drop in anytime during the workshop and explore innovative textile techniques with Murron’s expert guidance. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced maker, you can experiment, play and immerse yourself in storytelling through fabric and thread. Murron will also be showcasing some of her original textile artwork.

About Murron

Murron’s textile practice delves into the connection between nature, place and folklore, drawing on Celtic and Norse stories to create work that bridges the visible and invisible. Murron creates intuitive textile pieces rich in stitch, texture and colour, translating myths and symbolism found in nature into her work. Her passion for nature and storytelling shines through in her workshops, which are inspired by the natural world.
