Hailing from four corners of the UK but residing in Manchester, 42nd Street are a four-piece indie band made up of lead singer and rhythm guitarist Bav, lead guitarist Julian, bassist Cal and drummer Oscar. Influenced by mid-2000s sweaty room and dirty dancefloor anthems, the lads are trying to revitalise that forgotten culture with a modern energetic twist.
Cardboard Shoes are an up-and-coming pop and blues rock band from the north-west who are gathering a lot of traction in the local area recently selling out Wax and Beans.
There will be a pre-show party for ticket holders only in Wax & Beans (opposite The Met on Market Street) from 6pm to 7:30pm.
Proceeds from this event will go to the charity BIG in Mental Health. You can also donate directly at Go Fund Me.
