Canadian trio The East Pointers are back at The Met with their latest innovative album Yours to Break.
Combining the forces of Tim Chaisson (vocals/fiddle/percussion), Koady Chaisson (banjo/tenor guitar/moog) and Jake Charron (guitar/keyboards), The East Pointers are already internationally acknowledged as musical trailblazers, winning multiple awards including Traditional Roots Album of the Year at the Canada’s prestigious JUNO awards.
Redefining folk with pop hooks, deep acoustic grooves, trance-like trad breakdowns and three-part harmonies, Yours To Break takes the band’s development to the next stage, drawing on their historical Canadian Celtic roots and looking forward in equal measure.
