Christmas and New Year Opening Hours 2025
The Met ticket office will close at 2pm on Wednesday 24 December, and re-open at 10am on Tuesday 6 January.
Between these dates, the ticket office will open for performances of The Pied Piper of Hamelin only.
Online booking will continue to be available during the break, and any tickets purchased will be posted after the ticket office re-opens in January.
We’d like to wish you all a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from everyone at The Met.

The Ticket Office is also open 1 hour before any show for audience members to buy and collect tickets, and if there is a support act we stay open until the main artists take to the stage.
