The BAME Project is a not-for-profit community group based in Bury who run a range of different activities focused on promoting cultural cohesion, health and wellbeing.

One of the groups they run is their successful women’s walking group who meet regularly to enjoy the great outdoors together.

Through the Seldom Heard Voices project, funded by Arts Council England, they have been pushing themselves to explore dance as part of their outdoor explorations with artist Maisha Kungu.
