SoundON is a series of sessions from some of the freshest up and coming artists across the region, released weekly on YouTube.

Shebekeke, writer and performance artist Keisha Thompson is here for SoundON 010! Shebekeke has supported artists such as Kate Tempest, The Last Poets, Saul Williams and OSHUN. Her work has been presented at high profile venues and platforms such as Tate Modern, Blue Dot Festival and Glastonbury’s Rum Shack Stage. This weeks session is based around spokenword, poetry performance and music. Shebekeke pulls in a brilliant range of imagery and influences into her work to create something truly unique and beautiful!

SoundON is recorded at The Met and audio engineered at our Edwin Street Studio in association with Croftwerk, each collaboration leads to something unique.

SoundON is a visual feast that combines broadcast quality live sound, giving emerging artists a high end performance experience, and a great Friday treat for audiences.
