I’ve been at The Met since 2014, starting as a member of the Front of House team and then becoming the Assistant Events Manager and Volunteers Coordinator in 2019.

Since the day I started, The Met has felt like a second home, partly because I keep a toothbrush here for working late, but mainly because we all genuinely love working with each other, and I think that shows to audiences and artists, which I believe is what makes The Met so special. I love welcoming new faces into the building, whether it be an audience member, performer or someone popping in thinking we are tourist information, I’ll always greet you with a smile.

It’s difficult to choose a highlight of my time here, as there are so many, but our festivals are definitely up there. Head for the Hills, the Beer Festival and so on. I love the atmosphere and the buzz from the people around me, many of whom have now become familiar faces.

I look forward to scanning your ticket or showing you where to sit soon!
