On 28th March 1973 Led Zeppelin released their long awaited fifth album, Houses Of The Holy.

To celebrate the 40th anniversary of its release, Whole Lotta Led will be performing the album in its entirety as the second half of this show. The first half and encore will contain further classic Zeppelin songs.

History shows that five tracks from this amazing album would become regular additions to Led Zeppelin’s live set including the dynamic The Song Remains The Same and the ethereal No Quarter, both of which were deemed important enough to be performed at their O2 Arena reunion show in December 2007.

Whole Lotta Led are one of the biggest tribute acts in the UK, being full-time professional musicians dedicated to recreating the amazing songs which Led Zeppelin produced throughout their illustrious career. During 2012 Whole Lotta Led made significant changes in lineup which enabled a wider repertoire of songs, and has enhanced their reputation with folks the length and breadth of the country.

First to join the new lineup was Lee Pryor, a truly gifted singer who’s vocals have been compared to the great Robert Plant in his prime. David Wykeham-George (keyboards/2nd guitar) was the next welcome addition, extending the band’s sound with his keyboard skills. Finally, Charlie Hart (drums) completed the lineup providing a driving beat which many have compared with the late, great John Bonham. Founder members Nick Ferris (lead guitar) and Geoff Hunt (bass), who formed the band seventeen years ago, continue the band’s ethos of remaining true to Zeppelin’s great music.

The band have always avoided the use of wigs and costumes, instead they concentrate on the music and endeavour to recreate the sounds of Led Zeppelin’s original studio albums to an astonishing level of accuracy. Come and see this amazing band, and you will hear that they give No Quarter!
