Ross Ainslie is a long time friend of The Big Whistle Festival and is quite simply a highly impressive and outstanding figure within the Scottish traditional music scene. In this informal one hour session Phil Brown will discover how Ross developed such a prodigious and creative empathy with the whistle. Expect some chat, musical surprises all interspersed with plenty of improvisation.
