We are thrilled to be hosting Urban Theory at The Met for their first ever headline show in their hometown.

Urban Theory is an indie/punk band based between Bury and Whitefield, Manchester, heavily inspired by a vast range of musical and contemporary scenes and genres (mostly, post-punk reveal, new wave, madchester etc.).

The current line-up was formed in the summer of 2016, consisting of members Alexander Quinn on lead vocals/rhythm guitar, James ‘Jimbo’ Chapman on backing vocals/bass guitar, Ellis Willoughby on drums and Jake Heath on back vocals/lead guitar, each with individual drives, influences and dynamics to create the outburst of sound and passion that is… Urban Theory.
