One of the finest indie bands of the last decade who have sold over a million records to date, Turin Brakes continue to produce powerful new music as their journey continues. Their seventh studio album Lost Property stormed into the UK Top 40 album charts on its release in January this year and the first single from the album Keep Me Around was A-listed on BBC Radio 2.

‘the whole album yields a little more magic with each play’****Q

Award-winning singer-songwriter Megan Henwood makes music that defies the boundaries and boxes others have tried to place around her. A distinctive new voice she writes with an honesty that finds her dealing, as often as not, with deeply personal – though universal – themes. Influences of idiosyncratic singer-songwriters such as Elliott Smith, Bill Withers, Anaïs Mitchell – can be heard in her writings as well as from those who similarly dig down into music’s roots to find new ways to innovate, Terry Callier, Tom Waits, PJ Harvey.
