Manchester based Michael McGoldrick is an internationally renowned, ground-breaking flute, whistle and uilleann pipe player. His consummate ability to play Irish traditional music fused with jazz, dance and global influences makes him one of the most exciting players around. Recently voted the BBC Radio 2 Musician of the Year, Mike leads John Doyle and John McCusker to form the Michael McGoldrick Trio.

In support, from Scotland, is Fraser Fifield a highly successful composer, performer and multi instrumentalist. Mojo described his music as “a distinctive brand of jazz flavoured Celtic music with a real sense of purpose”.
