In 1994, The Bluetones released as their debut single Bluetonic which paved the way for the UK’s most endearing enduring pop band.
To this day, Mark Morriss (voice/guitar), Eds Chesters (drums), Adam Devlin (lead guitar) and Scott Morriss (bass/backing vocals) are still greeted like alternative-universe Smiths by their long devoted and new fans alike. A music obsessed last gang in town, they have retained their independence through years of ups, downs and battles against the dark side and in recent years have emerged as a a band of the thriving UK underground.
Still triumphing, expect new material next year.
