The Blackheart Orchestra are multi-instrumentalist duo Chrissy Mostyn and Rick Pilkington.

Their unique music has been described as “A heavenly fusion of acoustic folk, intelligent pop and classical music”, “Utterly magical” by the BBC’s John Gilmore and “One of the best things to come out of England in recent years” by Fatea Music Magazine. Their sound is so wide and rich, it is hard to believe that there are only two of them.
