Voted Best Live Act 2012 at the Scots Trad Music Awards, Session A9 feature fiddlers Charlie McKerron (Capercaillie), Gordon Gunn, Kevin Henderson (Boys of the Lough, Fiddlers’ Bid) and Adam Sutherland (Treacherous Orchestra), percussionist David ‘Chimp’ Robertson (Capercaillie), Marc Clement (ex Blazin’ Fiddles) on guitar and vocals and Brian McAlpine on piano.

Now in their 11th year Session A9 are now legendary for their original compositions, sizzling arrangements and the skill, fire and enthusiasm which they bring to the stage and recordings alike. A veritable feast of traditional music at its best.
