Filled with all your class favourites, we’ll power through the playlist in typical rockathon style, with one break in the middle. This is the perfect way to help get your body moving after a glorious Christmas break.
Rockfit is a dance based aerobics class that focuses on cardio and body toning, all to a rock and metal playlist. All fitness levels welcome.
