“I absolutely love this class and look forward to it every week. Allie is lovely and welcoming, the tracks are fab and you can choose your own level of impact. I can't recommend this class enough!”

“Allie is awesome, she's so warm, friendly and welcoming, all classes can be taken at whatever pace suits you; people with 2 left feet (or right ones) are also welcome. 1st workout class I've found that keeps me coming back for more. Highlight of my week! Just as amazing - the warmth from everyone else. We have a laugh, not taken too seriously, no judgement, just good fun! ”

“Great instructor, keeps you motivated til the end and we all have a laugh. The session is just a laugh, you don't even realise your actually exercising and helping your body. Allie is Awesome! She's made us all into a little family ”
