An exercise class set to a full rock and metal playlist, with a special emphasis on sassy, slinky and empowering tracks.
This 90-minute event is all about celebrating the incredible strength and beauty of every woman, alongside promoting body positivity and good mental health. Leave your inhibitions at the door, and get ready to strut your stuff in a safe, female only, space.
Rockfit is a combination of Dance, Cardio and Strengthening. Classes are suitable for all fitness levels, all abilities, all music tastes. Wear supportive trainers and comfortable clothing, and bring a bottle of water.
