Husband and wife duo My Darling Clementine evoke the great country duets of Porter Waggoner and Dolly Parton, George Jones and Tammy Wynette and Johnny and June. Their 2011 debut, How Do You Plead, won awards on both sides of the Atlantic, with songs about betrayal, regret, anger, guilt, revenge and hurt.

“It was theatre, it was country music, it was rock ‘n’ roll”– Maverick

Michael Weston King’s connection with country music has been well documented over the past twenty years, with his band The Good Sons in the 90s, 15 albums and countless tours. His other half, Lou Dalgleish, has worked with the likes of Elvis Costello, Bryan Ferry, The Brodsky Quartet and Brian Kennedy.
