Reasonably loud and suitably energetic, Morton Betts put a fresh spin on music that sits somewhere between rock, punk, and generally alternative.
Lancaster-born dynamic duo Jack Taylor and Niall Graham founded the band, brought to life on stage through the addition of crashing, high-octane drums from Liam Santon and driving, funk-fuelled basslines from Joe Lewis.
This has helped to create a unique sound fuelled by an amalgamation of post-punk, rock ‘n’ roll and progressive inspirations. The sort of fellas you’d write home about.
Support comes from Shoehorn.

Ramsbottom’s Shoehorn play high energy indie rock, with interesting sets featuring their own original songs plus a few smash-hit covers. Winners of both the Manchester and the Bury Battle of the Band competitions in 2024.
