Manchester Inspirational Voices, united by a love of music, performance and faith, bring their brand of exciting gospel music to The Met.

Manchester Inspirational Voices

Their range of music has the ability to warm hearts, to soothe souls and to set your pulses racing. Since their inception in 2006, the choir have carved out a reputation for themselves as the north-west’s premier community choir, with their unique sound helping them to reach the final of the BBC Songs of Praise Gospel Choir of the Year, 2016.

Their founder and musical director is Mr Wayne Ellington. “Elegant, soulful, powerful” the words of Will.i.am as he described Wayne’s rendition of Michael Jackson’s “The Man in the Mirror” on The Voice 2018. As a member of the Kingdom Choir, Wayne helped create a musical landscape that will be remembered for decades, whilst performing at the Royal Wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

Join us for a concert that will knock your socks off, have you clapping your hands, stamping your feet and singing along. You need to be there!!
