Now in its fifth year Manchester Acoustic Blues Festival comes to Bury for the first time for a day of top quality acoustic roots and blues music. This year the Festival is proud to be announcing the winners of the 37th European Blues Awards.
Featuring a very wide spectrum of eras and styles of the blues, all performed acoustically, the line-up includes blues circuit favourites and European Blues Awards finalists present and past Elles Bailey and Bluesman Mike Francis. There will also be a number of special guests appearing including the north-west’s own Dai Thomas and Pete Ryder.
The show is part of the independent Manchester Biennial Arts programme.
