Jean Genie is John Mainwaring. John has performed as a David Bowie tribute act for a number of years and has even played with David Bowie’s band from the 1970s The Spiders from Mars. He has performed in a number of Bowie’s guises but these days he prides himself on the quality of his singing voice, mannerisms and overall style of David Bowie.
