Jacqui Dankworth is one of the most highly regarded jazz singers in the UK.

An imaginative, moving and adventurous vocalist, her live concerts showcase her unique versatility and effortless mastery of a wide spectrum of genres, drawing on jazz, folk, soul and blues, as well as her acute sensibility as a songwriter and lyricist.

Her voice has been described as “multi-faceted” and “incomparable” by The Times.

On this visit to The Met Jacqui will be singing songs from her new album Live to Love, released in September 2013.
