The reunion of this classic band came about from the discovery of some previously unheard live recordings made by their former sound engineer. These recordings, from the Cambridge Folk Festival in 1986, exhibit a power and commitment that was never fully captured in the studio. The reformed band, in virtually its original lineup, has enjoyed many major gigs and proved to be a thoroughly resounding success with ecstatic ovations from audiences, old and new alike. Expect the same on this night and get your ticket soon to see the outfit voted Best Live Act at the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards in 2012.
